New Computrainer Classes Added!

Whether you are planning to race, preparing for a (or several) Century ride or hoping to begin your outdoor training a little more prepared this year, Higher Gear Highland Park’s Computrainer Studio can help! Our revised schedule is designed to get you ready for the 2012 season.


Our new line-up of classes include:

Open Road: Start your week off right! Ride with us Monday mornings for a 75 to 90-minute course-based ride.

Power Lunch: Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon, forgo the big lunch. Instead, eat some digital tarmac with us. Join us for a short, high intensity workout.

Spring Training Program: Join us Tuesday and Thursday before work for 75-minute high intensity workout. This 8-week, twice a week training program will have you ready to tackle the tarmac this spring.

Century Training Rides: We’ve included additional endurance rides – Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings – to our schedule to prepare you for early season Century rides. These rides last 2-3 hours.

Sip-N-Ride: Break the monotony of your week. Bring your friends Wednesday morning to join us for a high-energy ride. Get in a great workout, get expert coaching tips and end the ride with coffee.
