Join Fredo and company for a fast ride north.  The ride departs from Higher Gear Wilmette promptly at 5:30 PM.   The route goes up Green Bay road into Highland Park and through Fort Sheridan.  The pace north exceeds 20 MPH and the return cranks up even higher to speeds exceeding 30 MPH.

There are many regular faces and every week has a few new riders.  Often members of the Northwestern Cycling Team will join the ride.for a fast ride north.
