Join Francine and Brian Haas for this fast-paced, high intensity group ride that leaves our Highland Park shop Saturday mornings* at 7:00am. Rides will last 2 hours or longer.

The focus of this ride is Interval Training though will vary based on training schedule. Be prepared for quick bursts.

Participants must feel comfortable riding in a group and riding in pacelines. Communication on the bike is a must.

* Note: Ride may be led by Nancy Heymann, Angie Rochester or Delfino Parra. On race weekends, if all ride leaders are unavailable, this ride may be cancelled. Please check our calendar before arriving Saturday morning.
