Higher Gear – Highland Park, Highland Park ILMost Sunday mornings, the Haas' lead a long-distance group ride. Speeds will average 19mph. Participants should be comfortable with group riding, pacelines, and speeds over 20mph. Before arriving, visit Francine's blog to make sure the ride is going out.
