Stop by on Monday night starting at 5pm we will be hosting a Time Trial and Dinner! Warm up, ride a 10mile time trial as hard as you can, cool down, get off your bike grab a bite to eat and something to drink... and see where you are at. If you can't make it on the 27th you have all week, until March 3rd all of our computraining sessions will be 10mile time trials. On March 4th, we will compile the results and declare the top winners by age groups - there will be prizes and we will email your average watts which can be your LT to start the second phase of your training.
