Led by Francine Haas and her team, this clinic is for all level of women cyclists: recreational, fitness, or racing.  Everyone will be assigned to a a group to cover at the right level:

• Skills and drills to improve your bike handling confidence
• Group riding and pacelines  Gears,  Shifting and Breaking
• Bike maintenance essentials (things to know before you head out the door)
• Staying healthy on and off the bike
