Riding a Mountain Bike on Trails

YouTube Preview Image

If you want to ride on dirt trails or a single track through the woods, we would like to recommend a mountain bike. Although it doesn’t do other kinds of riding well, it’s great for riding the trails.

Mountain bikes have large-diameter tires that offer excellent traction and disc brakes that are the best for stopping in all-weather conditions and terrains. Mountain bikes have a suspension fork, which keeps the bike in control and adds more comfort to your ride. These bikes also have a broader range of gearing to accommodate steeper climbs or drastic terrain changes.

Another type of mountain bike is the single-gear dirt jumper. This type of bike is for individuals who ride at local skate parks or dirt jumps. Definitely for those who like to ride on the wild side!
